We're based in our private facility in Rasharkin. Our address is:

We're a short 10 minute drive from Ballymoney or Ballymena.

What are the session times?

We have 18 sessions per week.

You can attend whatever suits you best.

Every session is 45-minutes long.

Do you need to stick to the same session times?

Nope, we use a flexible booking system meaning you can book sessions when suit around your lifestyle. You can change your sessions every week and book in to any which suit you.

I'm a beginner, does that matter?

Of course not, a lot of our clients are beginners and we respect everyones current ability so our goal is always to meet you where your at.

What happens after the challenge?

We have on-going coaching options under our membership, or you can stop after your challenge. Totally up to you.
